At Our Appointment

What Happens Next?

It is helpful if you can scan all the following documents and send to enquiries@irishnotary.com in advance of the meeting so that I can have all documentation prepared in advance in order to make the appointment as productive and efficient as possible.

Bring your identification which can be any two of the following documents:

Passport, Driving Licence*, Utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months, Residency Card
*Driving licence is not usually accepted for moving assets

Please ensure you bring all instructions from the foreign authority including the documentation that needs to be notarised.

On review of the documentation and on confirmation that you have full factual and legal understanding of the transaction, you will provide it to me and I will notarise it.   If required I will then send it to the Consular Section of the Department of Foreign Affairs 42-47 Lower Mount Street, in order to legalise it.

I can then arrange for it to be couriered to the end user if required.
